We recently submitted the reconsideration request for Cloud9Hemp.Com in our attempt to get the manual unnatural links penalty removed. After analyzing a back link profile of 21,000 URL's we found 6,000 links that were in violation of Google's Guidelines.

Another successful "Unnatural Links Manual Penalty" was overturned by the penalty recovery team at Gobiya for our latest client ExpertLocksmithLasVegas.Com. We only removed the "toxic" links that Google penalized the website for.
The website returned back to the frontpage, 5th position for "Locksmith Las Vegas", where they were prior to the manual penalty notice.
The next penalty removal request for unnatural links removal and reconsideration for a Las Vegas NV based Locksmith that lost rank and needs help. After a backlink analysis, we will be able to remove only the toxic links and keep their pagerank when we get them reconsidered. We'll keep you posted on this one!

If you missed today's Google Webmasters Central Office Hours Hangout today John Mueller confirms the death of PageRank as a metric.
At 54:00 into the hangout he looked happy to announce that links and "these types of metrics" shouldn't be used. He said you should be "Just based on links, it's a weird metric. Get conversions, interactions and make it usable and sharable."
We know that links as a "trust" factor has been diminishing and now in 2015 we will see the value of a link is the actual interaction it gains, and by "who" interacted with it.

When we first started in July of 2014, we first migrated her blog over to a new sub-domain. We properly redirected all backlinks and pagerank to maintain search engine ranking of those pages.
